Shipping & Returns
Artwork will be available at the end of the exhibition period. Shipped work will be send out no more than 2 business days after the work is deinstalled. In some cases work may be made available before the end of the exhibition. Please call 912.231.7105 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
Local purchasers may pick up their work from Sulfur Studios at no additional cost. Sulfur Studios is located at 2301 Bull St, Savannah GA 31401. An email will be sent to local purchasers to tell them when their work is available for pick up.
Sulfur Art Services will also deliver work for a small fee to purchasers who live in Savannah, Pooler, Thunderbolt, Tybee, Bluffton and Hilton Head. To confirm that you are within our delivery area please call 912.231.7105 or email email@example.com.
All art purchases are final unless the work arrives damaged or different than described. If work is damaged in shipping please photograph the damaged work and shipping container and contact us immediately so we can file a claim. If the work can be repaired by the artist than it will be repaired and returned to the purchaser for no additional charge. If the work cannot be repaired the purchase price will be refunded.
